Author: Jen Donaldson | Date: March 22, 2012
I don’t know about you but I’ve been hearing a lot about Pinterest lately. Before writing this, (my very first blog post!) I didn’t know much about Pinterest, so I decided to take this opportunity to do some digging and discover what it is, who’s using it and what they’re using it for. I also considered what all this could mean for marketers.
Social TV – What does it mean for advertisers?

Have you seen Downton Abbey? It’s a series airing on Sunday nights at 10pm on PBS. It’s British and it’s set during World War I – just the type of series I’m a sucker for. There is only one thing wrong – it airs at the same time as my favourite network show – The Good Wife. That really shouldn’t be an issue with so many options now to watch shows on your own time – PVR, DVR, online viewing. But I have friends who watch this show and we want to talk about it – I have to shush them up until I have time to catch up. Author: Angie Reid | Date: February 22, 2011
I am going to admit to you right now that I am one of those people. A retail braggart. I am notorious for, upon being asked about anything I own, telling you where I got it, how much it’s worth and how much I actually paid for it. I know it’s annoying, and I sincerely apologize, but I just can’t help it. I have a nose for a great deal and when I find one, I want to shout it from the rooftops, and it seems that I’m not alone. So when I stumbled upon the daily deal phenomenon that’s taken the world by storm, I thought I’d died and gone to heaven. Read More »

Trends such as location-casting, crowdsourcing, content marketing and integration were the most prevalent. Read More »
