Since joining Time + Space in 2003, Jake has created quite a following.   Everyday he trains and mentors the team in the essentials of great client service.  Lessons like how to greet people, how to not hold a grudge  and how to happily work towards a common goal.  Naturally, as a pack animal Jake instinctively excels in team based environments!

Jake greets everyone who comes to the door with the same enthusiastic, tail wagging welcome.  He never discriminates -befriending staff, clients, partners, couriers, mail carriers alike– even those not overly fond of the furry variety.   With more gifts bestowed upon him than all of us combined, he continues to be humble.

When he is not managing people, Jake is taking a nap or looking for someone to take a break – to play or maybe for some mutual affection.

They say having a dog around can decrease stress and improve your sense of well being.  They would be correct.
