Executing a toe-pick assisted double jump on ice under the watch of judges and an audience takes practice, precision and perfection – not to mention guts. Ellen grew up on the ice as a competitive figure skater and ice dancer. Through her years of hard work in this sport, she developed a laser-like focus and a perfectionism that she harnesses in life and on the job.
